Follow Me is similar to Call Forwarding but with more forwarding destinations and more control over when a forwarding destination is tried.

How It Works

Within the User Portal, just choose Follow Me/Forwarding under Settings and configure up to five forwarding destinations to try. The destinations can be any internal extension or an outside telephone number such as your mobile telephone number.

Practical Uses

• Use Follow Me to ring your desk and your mobile telephone number simultaneously. If you don’t answer the call within 10 seconds, Follow Me can then include your receptionist or another colleague to answer.
