With Employee Directory, a caller can use their dial pad to search for someone’s extension using their first or last name.

How It Works

The Employee Directory is often included as an option in a Call Menu (IVR). When a caller chooses the Employee Directory, the caller is asked to dial the first few letters of the first or last name of the person that they are trying to reach. In the event that the dialed numbers yield more than a single result, a list of names will be played back for the caller to make a final choice.
